After the burial of my father, my uncle conspired and sold my father's properties to a Chinese Expatriate and live nothing for me.On a faithful morning as i was cleaning my father's room , I opened my father's briefcase i found a file containing some important documents recording that my beloved late father deposited the sum of $4.500, 000 Four Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars in one bank with my name as the next of kin.

I tried to write to the bank to withdraw the money so that I can start a better life and take care of myself. the Branch manager of the Bank whom I write directly to said they can not allow me to clam the money as a refugee, he also told me that my father's instruction to the bank was the money be release to me only when I am married or present a trustee who will help me and invest the money overseas but he advise me to look for a honest and reliable person that will represent me as my trustee so that they will release the money to me.

If I understand your situation correctly, you presently have no money and you fear your life is threatened. In exchange for helping you relocate, obtain the assets your late father left you and enrol into a university, you offer 30% of said assets as compensation for my troubles.

It seems to me that you have severely overestimated your bargaining position. If my above summary of your situation is indeed correct, it would not be an exaggeration to say that your life is in my hands, metaphorically speaking.

Keeping all that in mind, I propose a different arrangement.

In exchange for my troubles, I shall claim 70% of your late father's assets. Furthermore, you will be expected to clean my apartment - which I will have bought with the aforementioned funds - for the rest of your life. Lastly, if you complete your studies and find a decent job or even get married, you will be expected to pay me no less than 20% of your net monthly income for the period of 30 years. If you fail to meet any of the latter two demands, or indeed both, I shall claim your firstborn as my property and do with them as I please while you will be deported back to Sudan.

These terms are not negotiable.

You may find this cruel. And your assessment may indeed be correct. However, I will ask you this: does this behavior - exploiting a person down on their luck, possibly in financial trouble and under a great deal of stress - remind you of anyone else?
